1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms govern your use of Bingo Box and related services. By installing, accessing, or using the game, you agree to these Terms and the Bingo Box Privacy Policy. Do not use the game if you do not agree.

Before joining a game room, you may be required to accept the current version of these Terms. The server records the accepted text version and acceptance time. You must also understand that empty seats in some rooms may be filled by computer-controlled players (bots). Not every participant you encounter is necessarily a human player. This is part of the game experience.

You must be legally permitted to accept these Terms and use the service under the laws applicable to you. If you have not reached the age of legal capacity, you may use the game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as required by law. A parent or guardian is responsible for the activity of a minor user to the extent required by applicable law.

4. Accounts and security

• The game may create a guest account for you when you first start playing.
• Phone verification using an OTP may be used to upgrade, protect, or change account information.
• Under the current game rules, each registered phone number is linked to one account.
• You are responsible for protecting your device and confidential session credentials. Activity performed using a valid session may be attributed to your account unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• Providing false information, attempting to take over another user's account, or bypassing security controls is prohibited.
• Logging out does not delete your account or its records.

If you lose access, change your phone number, or notice suspicious activity, contact the support channel listed above. Recovery of a guest account may depend on having a valid session or completing the available verification process.

5. Game rules and computer-controlled players

Bingo Box is a multiplayer game with defined rooms and rules. Joining a room may depend on a level, ticket, or other requirement displayed in the game.

To keep rooms available, empty seats may be filled by computer-controlled players or bots. Not every name or seat displayed in a room necessarily belongs to a real human. Bot behaviour is part of the game logic; you should not assume that every opponent is human.

Results, rewards, and scores are calculated according to the rules and state recorded by the server. Attempts to manipulate results, draws, cards, balances, or network requests are prohibited.

6. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, manipulate the client or server, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer for abuse, or use bots or other unauthorized automation;
• attempt unauthorized access, attack, disrupt, maliciously scan, or place abnormal load on the service;
• use an abusive, misleading, impersonating, or unlawful display name;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other players through game features;
• sell, rent, transfer, or trade accounts or virtual items outside features expressly provided by the game; or
• use the game to violate applicable law or another person's rights.

To protect users and the integrity of the game, we may review inappropriate names or behaviour, restrict communication features, temporarily suspend access, or block an account in serious or repeated cases.

7. Display names, avatars, and interactions

Display names must comply with the game rules and must not impersonate another person or contain abusive or unlawful material. Avatars are selected from the set provided in the game. The current version does not provide free-form text chat; in-game chat is limited to predefined phrases.

Your display name and avatar may be visible to other users in rooms, player lists, and leaderboards.

8. Coins, tickets, and virtual items

Coins, tickets, tokens, XP, trophies, rewards, and other in-game items or scores are provided solely for use within Bingo Box. Unless mandatory law or an explicit official game notice states otherwise:

• virtual items are not real money, deposits, electronic money, or withdrawable assets;
• they have no cash value and do not create a right to receive money;
• they may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the game;
• they may be used only within the features and rules provided by the game; and
• they may be adjusted or restricted to correct errors, prevent abuse, comply with law, or preserve game balance.

We may correct balances or items credited in error or through an invalid transaction, using reviewable records and subject to applicable law.

9. In-app purchases

Purchases are made through the relevant distribution store, such as Cafe Bazaar or Myket. The price, contents, and conditions of each pack are shown in the store or in the game before purchase. Purchased items are credited only after the game server successfully validates the receipt.

• Payment and refund matters are subject to the relevant store's rules and mandatory applicable law.
• If you are charged but do not receive an item, contact support and provide the store order or receipt information. Do not send sensitive payment credentials.
• Replaying receipts, forging receipts, or attempting to obtain multiple credits from one transaction is prohibited.
• Current packs consist of consumable items such as coins, tickets, or tokens; they are not recurring subscriptions unless a future purchase screen expressly says otherwise.

Under the current game logic, the first purchase whose receipt is successfully validated activates an account entitlement that removes interstitial ads between rooms. This entitlement does not remove optional rewarded ads. Any future change must be clearly described in the game or on the purchase screen.

10. Advertising and ad rewards

The game may use the Adivery advertising network. Rewarded ads are optional, and a related reward is credited only after the ad-completion event has been completed and validly confirmed. Ad availability and rewards may depend on network inventory, connectivity, geographic availability, game version, or anti-fraud rules; therefore, we do not guarantee that an ad or reward will always be available.

Interstitial ads may be shown between rooms in accordance with the game rules. In the current version, they are not shown during a round or draw, and their frequency is limited by the server.

11. Notifications

Where you grant permission and your device supports them, the game may send remote notifications or local reminders about game activity. You can manage or disable notification permission in your operating-system settings. Disabling notifications may prevent reminders or informational messages but should not prevent ordinary use of the game's core features.

12. Privacy

Your use of the game is also governed by the Bingo Box Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It explains account information, phone numbers, in-game activity, advertising, notifications, third-party providers, retention, and user rights.

13. Intellectual property

The Bingo Box name, marks, designs, graphics, music, sounds, software, user interface, text, and other game elements belong to us or their respective licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game in its ordinary form.

You may not copy, publish, sell, rent, unlawfully reverse engineer, extract assets from, or commercially use any game component without the written permission of the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law prohibits such a restriction.

14. Availability, changes, and updates

We may update, restrict, or temporarily suspend the game or any part of the service for maintenance, bug fixes, security improvements, rule changes, or store requirements. We will try to communicate material changes through the game or official channels, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.

15. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, cheat, attempt unauthorized access, misuse purchases or ads, threaten other players, or where required by law. Where reasonably possible and proportionate to the circumstances, we will explain the reason. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of delay, or that it will work on every device.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses caused by misuse, network outages, stores, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert country / jurisdiction]. You should first contact support so the parties can attempt to resolve a dispute informally.
